**30-Day Return Window:**

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the product is:

- Unused and in its original condition
- In the original packaging with all accessories included
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

**How to Start a Return:**

1. Contact our support team via email or WhatsApp with your order number
2. We'll confirm your return and provide instructions
3. Ship the item back (or arrange pickup, where available)
4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

**Non-Returnable Items:**

For hygiene reasons, opened earphones, and items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return unless defective.

**Damaged or Faulty Items:**

If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement or full refund — no questions asked.

**Refund Method:**

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account.
